At this time we accept VISA, Mastercard, Capital One, & American Express
Orders will be processed within one business day of receipt of payment.
Shipping
Domestic, APO/FPO
Unless otherwise noted, all of our books include free standard shipping! In
order to keep our prices low, we use the USPS service called “bound printed
matter”. Orders are processed here 7 days a week. Orders are picked up from
our facility Monday through Friday of each week. Our average time in transit
from our dock to your door is less than 5 days. Bear in mind that this is the
average time, not the guaranteed time. That said, orders to the west coast
can take up to 10 business days and orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take up
to 30 days. DO NOT COUNT ON FREE SHIPPING IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY TO
RECEIVE YOUR BOOKS!!! Should you be in a hurry, please select USPS Priority
mail at checkout. This will insure delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
Standard shipping: FREE (4 - 8 business days to lower 48, 10 - 30 business
days to Alaska and Hawaii)
USPS Priority mail : $5.00 additional per book.
Local pickup : We offer free local pickup Friday - Sunday during normal retail store hours.
International
We do offer international shipping. We can quote USPS international
shipping on an individual basis (when requested via email at
[email protected])
Refunds
We guarantee every book we sell to be in the condition as described by us.
Should you find that we have made an error, you may return the book to us
for a full refund.
We will accept returns for any reason within 10 days of original delivery date
of the book. This applies to books purchased online only.
Refunds will be processed immediately upon our receiving the item.
